...They agreed a Trump White House would help secure Moscows strategic objectives, among them social turmoil in the US and a weakening of the American presidents negotiating position.
The report No 32-04 \ vd is classified as secret. It says Trump is the most promising candidate from the Kremlins point of view. The word in Russian is "perspektivny."
...
There is a brief psychological assessment of Trump, who is described as an impulsive, mentally' unstable and unbalanced individual who suffers from an inferiority complex.
There is also apparent confirmation that the Kremlin possesses kompromat, or potentially compromising material, on the future president, collected the document says from Trumps earlier non-official visits to Russian Federation territory.
...
"Moscow would gain most from a Republican victory, the paper states. This could lead to a social explosion that would in turn weaken the US president, it says. There were international benefits from a Trump win, it stresses. Putin would be able in clandestine fashion to dominate any US-Russia bilateral talks, to deconstruct the White Houses negotiating position, and to pursue bold foreign policy initiatives on Russias behalf, it says.
By far, Putin and (R)Comey
Be truthful who do you think had more impact on trump becoming president, Putin or Hillary Clinton?
Without Putin bombarding the always receptive anti-Dem media with anti-Clinton horseshit and (R)Comey pulling that last minute unprecedented pro-Repub/Trump stunt while working mightily to keep the REAL invesigation of Team Trump's extraordinary connection and collusion with the Russian government under wraps, the direction of the polls leading up to that last minute (R)Comey stunt would not have gone slightly south for Clinton at the worst possible moment and at least the necessary 1% or so Trump votes in each of just 2 states (Florida and Michigan) would have gone to Clinton instead.
And that means we would not have had those 2 Bear Market Crashes, millions upon millions of USA jobs destroyed, 620,000+ American deaths, Trillion$ required to be added to the Trump deficits, a violent anti-America Insurrection, the more serious than ever new ongoing Repub threat to American democracy and our ability to travel and monger easily anywhere in the world hobbled perhaps for the rest of our mongering lifetimes, even for those in their 40s.
No way to know if Putin's efforts or (R)Comey's efforts alone were enough to shift those 2 states' votes by about 1% or not. But both of their efforts combined sure did the trick, by a hair.
Putin, the Repubs and the always receptive anti-Dem media would have come up with whatever horseshit they needed to keep it as close as it was no matter who the Dem nominee was. There was nothing about Clinton that made her significantly more vulnerable than another Dem nominee in that regard.
