I hit Beach Road last month. You basically listed the entire time they are out as the best times. Very few if any out in the heat of the day. Best by 8:00 to 12:00 maybe 1:00. I had 11 girls and only proud of 4. Can I borrow your beer goggles?

Curious how the individual that comment on the reports of others the most posts the fewest reports on their own activities and how much they are paying for them.
Where would 90% of Beach Road girls fit in other countries with street prostitution? I think they would be found doing tricks in bushes outside of town or underneath motorway interchange bridges. The infamous Jakarta railroad tracks come to mind.

I experienced Songkran only once in Pattaya. And it was a total disaster. Almost all people seemed to lose respect and they used water violence to people who didn't want to play with water. The worst thing I witnessed was when we waited a baht-bus drive, a bunch of vandals throw water with all their aggressions It is all a matter of perspective. It is not water violence. It is washing away your bad luck. They are trying to help you, not violate or disrespect you. Kind of like how Westerners circumcise babies. With Songkran, the officials slow down the taps during the day so one has to learn a process to save in your bathroom large buckets of water so you can shower and use the bathroom by scooping. Can't even do laundry during the day not enough water.
I can imagine reports of Bangkok, 50 if true, back in Pattaya now yesterday aside from the bottleneck of traffic near Pattaya Nua, and Hwy 7, under-construction traffic is down from Thais they don't even want to go out! When you live in Thailand you get used to it. You also become much wiser on what your body can tolerate and adjust your schedule accordingly. You also don't necessarily feel like you have to go out every single afternoon and become like a Thai girl sleeping all day and popping out after 7 pm.
Like others have said it depends where you are coming from. In January I came from Japan where it was abnormally cold at minus 10 Celsius. I arrived in Bangkok during a mini heat wave when it was 40 Celsius. It was a bit of a shock to the system standing in the hot sun at 1 pm for well over 30 minutes waiting in line for a viral restaurant.

As for tourist, think about which is among of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, Bangkok. Bangkok is a major modern metropolis mixed in with temples if that's your thing. PP is like a small town and the RLD is maybe only half a square km. AC I've never been to but it looks like a true 3rd world town from what I can tell from videos. As for girl destination that depends if you like the Thai, Khmer or Filipina look. They're very different imo. You didn't include Pattaya, Makati, Jakarta, Japan so I assume you have been to those.

Easier to me to just ask someone where they are from.Basically, everyone in Indochina, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines comes from the same genetic background, with a tiny contribution from India or Northern China. Even southern China is similar to Thailand, except for recent arrivals from northern China, which are more common in southern China.
There are some dark skinned types in the south, but they are genetically identical to everyone else.
