My crazy ass wingman had me walking through downtown at 2 am making Crackhead Documentaries. Going up to people putting the phone in their face saying foto, foto. Much appreciated. I think a chica friendly hotel is the way to go, as last time I was there I spent part of the time in an apartment building with a doorman and didn't want to deal with that aspect. I assume I will find that info by RTFF!You mentioned that you are only going to be in the hotel for two days. So it depends on how many girls you plan on taking back to your room. If you book the room for two people then you register the first girl as your g / f and you will have no problems. The problems start when you start trying to bring 2, 3 or 4 girls up if that is your plan you will definitely need a chica friendly hotel.

Regarding your mistruths. Lets stick to the facts, I never made any comment about killing hundreds of people in my past. I said that at age 18 "I planted hundreds of bodies and I rekon they fit good enough. " Fact- worked at a funeral home for 18 mos which handled around 800/ yr. This "red herring" you are referring to was intentionally outrageous. Such an obvious plant, I didn't think anyone was dumb enough to fall for it, but a couple of you proved me wrong.

So, to answer your question "why would anyone say something so stupid?" Because I knew all the facts, and you guys didn't- I was setting "whomever" would take the bait up for the counter shot. Essential data:

Trip dates: 4-14 Jan (10 nights at hotel).

Exchange rate: The best cambio at the Oviedo Mall paid out about $2,988 COP=$1 USD climbing a bit over 3,000 by the end of trip. ATM's paid out about 3,200 give or take during this time not including your bank charges, if any.

Weather: Rained like a Mofo for the 1st few days, like rain forest crazy, then partly sunny with temps in the low 80's days and 60's at night. So much for the "drought" the news said they were experiencing? City is about 6 degrees north of the equator at 5,000' elevation so the temps are perfect.

Finances: Arrived with about $2,640 cash USD and left with over $1,300 unspent having wisely relied on the ATM's for a better rate to economize. I withdrew 6 times for a total of $1,099.87 including $18 in bank fees at $3. 00 a pop. Bottom line: For 10 nights including room, bitches, booze, meals out, taxis, tips, etc I only spent $2,100. However, my kill count was way down this trip, usually 1 sometimes 2 a day.

There were four (4) of us, HIGHLY experienced mongers, traveling mostly together to MDE, "The City of the Eternal Spring" for our 2nd trip. (See my previous trip report and posts for this area going back to last September.) Between the four of us we easily have over 1,500 kills, EASILY. Don't hate! BTW, BJ's count in our tally. One of our party lived in Thailand for 3 years and the Phils for another 6 months on business. Another goes to BKK twice a year for weeks at a time. All together we have over 30 trips collectively, and often together, to BlackBeards in the DR (we love it there.) Throw in our odd trips to SJO or PTY and it all adds up, right? Who's counting anyway. Just saying.

Arrived about on time to MDE at 7,068' above sea level. The Mansion's designated driver was there. Nice guy, VERY reliable. At my request he brought me upstairs to the CitiBank ATM where I grabbed it's limit of 500,000 COP at a rate of 3,045.62. Later ATM pulls got me 3,202.04 once and my last 4 pulls were all at 3,286.23 as the USD climbed during the stay. Cost for the ride is set at 75,000 COP. He did a great job quickly descending 2,000 feet on an excellent but wet road with modest traffic at night to the Mansion, so I gave him a 10,000 tip. All of my wings were already there drinking with some real stunners at their cellar bar called, La Cueva (the cave). Grabbed my room key from night security and unpacked with my travel buddies hanging out in my room. They noticed a sex swing in my closet so that had to be hung up right away on the ceiling hook conveniently placed in front of the bed, for decoration, of course. Right? My wings were out of control this trip, I just couldn't keep up. Each wing did 2-4 sessions per day, numerous appointments scheduled, and hitting up some faves on their FB or Whatsapp to do list from last summer's trip. She took us to the safer one as the other ski lift transits a "conflict zone" barrio. These ski lifts are an integrated part of the city's modern above ground metro system. The place we visited was cleared out by the Army over 10 years ago when ex-President Uribe had enough. So the Army was given permission to kill off all the gang bangers they needed to and today this barrio is quite normalized and tourist friendly, and the locals seem quite proud of it now. I'm a big Uribe fan BTW.

The Raid: About 2 weeks before our arrival the Mansion was raided at night by a multi-agency task force of about 30 uniformed agents repping various govt. LEO's: Immigration, minors, DEA equivalent (with K9 sniffers) and the local Board of Health. Results of the raid: Absolutely NOTHING serious was found but the city board of health condemned their immaculate kitchen over technical violations. Funny thing is, the Mansion was already planning a total renovation of this area anyway. Renovation work was ongoing while we were there and the kitchen was gutted and a wall removed to open up to a new covered outside dining area on the street side. The front office was also expanded a bit. It's all coming together nicely. During our stay all breakfasts (included in the room rate) was cooked and served outside by the pool area. It worked OK in a pinch. Also during our stay 2 cops, one male and the other female, stopped by La Cueva one night to check ID's. The male cop was a prick. We met all 3 of the Mansion's partners during our stay and they all seemed pretty phlegmatic about the raid stating, "It's Colombia." One of my wings is a commercial real estate expert and I have some background in regional planning so when the wing saw some urban planner types out with clipboards surveying the block's skyline where the Mansion is located it gave us pause. The building next to the Mansion appears empty and the footprint of both properties combined could sustain a decent office or apartment building in an area already quite full of them. Hey who knows, it could all just be a mad coincidence. Mansion #2 right up the street appears much less vulnerable to any...urban planning initiatives. It also has a much better, sun drenched swimming pool and a more serene ambiance. Could be a better choice for a larger group traveling together or for the solo stealth fucker types that have pre-planned action lined up. Note to Mansion: How about setting up a separate, quiet space for your quite decent massage therapists to mount a proper massage table whilst playing their tantric cell phone music? Bed massages really don't cut it owing to proper neck alignment. We note that Hotel La Amistad in CR and BlackBeards in the DR both have this more comfortable massage arrangement. However, to be fair, at the Mansion happy endings are optional (extra.) Also, thanks for changing to a better orange juice for breakfast. The old stuff in the clear plastic milk jugs just didn't cut it.

Taxi service is cheap, $5 bucks or less will get you a good distance around town and you can split costs with your amigos making it really cheap. They use "Easy Taxi" a popular taxi phone app down there. Get used to hearing, "Easy taxi, easy taxi!" emanating it's electronically generated male voice from day Manager Alexa's work station. I met again the ever charming (when she's not insanely busy) and super MILF hot English speaking Alexa later on full day 1 to pay my bill. The Mansion offers a generous 20% CASH discount provided you pay it within 72 hours after arrival. You can pay in USD or COP. I exchanged $1,000 USD at 2,988 COP at an Oviedo Mall cambio and saved a few bucks paying in COP as my bill was calculated at 2,955. The ATM's were paying over 3,200 so I hit them up for the duration to economize. The Mansion's busy front desk is a nicely set up IT masterpiece thanks to "Juan, the IT guy. " Need a printed out map with address to a casa or restaurant? Just ask Alexa. Make sure you take the Mansion business card as it has their address and a small street map on the back to show your taxi drivers in case you don't speak Spanish. Also, use the Hard Rock Cafe as an overall geographic reference point in an emergency and guide your driver in from there. Meanwhile, back at the front desk, "Easy taxi, easy taxi!" Many taxistas are themselves wired up. Not uncommon to see a driver with an earpiece, small computer screen or tablet, GPS, etc as they drive you around. As I speak good Spanish I would ride shotgun whilst the wings crowded into the back of these omnipresent yellow taxis, reminding me of those little clown cars at the circus. Somehow, 4 gringos can find room and we even managed 4+1 chica guide once on the long ride back after the metro cable tour to Nutibara Hill, busting our taxi's suspension system along the way. Poor guy. I felt bad. We rode to the top of this urban park where a nice restaurant called, "Pueblito Paisa" offers a great view of the city from a nearby summit observation area. We pigged out there and downed a few pitchers of the local sangria, something we got in the habit of doing whenever we went out to eat. Other places visited and recommended: Try the top floor bar of the Charlee Hotel right in Parque Lleras for a great night time view of the city and some drinks. Also, a revolving penthouse restaurant, a Tony Roma's rib joint if you can believe it, (reservations normally required but we got in without them, service really slow) located on top of the Dann Carlton Hotel is an easy 15 minute walk on Poblado Ave from the Mansion and offers a good experience, do it once. The Hard Rock Cafe is practically next door to the Mansion, 5 minute walk, if that, is always good for some beers or their daily appetizer specials. Another good Italian restaurant that also offers a decent breakfast change from what the Mansion's maids normally cook serves from 8-noon and it's right around the corner on Poblado, 3 minute walk, called Parmasano on the main drag and is also a good place for lunch / dinner if you don't feel like taking a taxi to wherever. For Brazilian churrasco fans you MUST hit up Rodizio Carioca near Parque Lleras, Carrera 36 #8 A-117. For those unfamiliar these are the places where they never stop swirling around your table with various species of grilled meat on a skewer. It's an eat till you puke type of place. Go hungry! Located on a quiet 2nd floor only two side streets away from Lleras and not expensive at all. For something different for the sweet tooth try the excellent "Crepes and Waffles" inside the Oviedo Mall. Almost all of the restaurants in MDE are quite cheap actually, surprisingly so.

It works like this at the Mansion. They use a very discreet FB identity (not to be mentioned here) to let their vetted and approved roster of chicas know what's going on at the mansion on any given day. Special events and coded language letting them know how full they are is what brings them in. Virtually every chica working there is on FB or Whatsapp. Chicas that fucked up get banned entirely or "fined" not for money but for time, as in suspended from working there. Upon arrival they MUST stop by the front desk and sign in with a valid cedula or passport. No exceptions, even the regular chicas must do this. Drugs are not allowed. Totally legal. Now, I speak pretty good Spanish and can converse freely with the chicas. Most don't speak any English, though there are a few exceptions. Sunday: Who knew that the City government closes one lane of Poblado Ave to vehicles on Sundays and holidays? Well, they do. It was a pleasure to see thousands, if not 10's of thousands of the citizenry walking, jogging, and bicycling for miles in either direction on the, "Golden Mile" as this main drag right around the corner from the Mansion is known. We had breakfast on the sidewalk at Parmasanos and just took in the show. Then we joined in and hit a supermarket along the way to grab some things. Later that day one of the Mansion regulars organized an afternoon BBQ inviting dozens of chicas to join us. Each guy contributed only 40,000 COP each for the food that was cooked over wood coals by the pool as the chicas frolicked in the pool wearing skimpy bikinis. It's GOOD to be king.

Left a 50,000 tip for the maid because I'm not an ungrateful cheap prick and my exact same driver picked me up at 4:00 AM for the depressing ride uphill to MDE. Exchange rate: The best cambio at the Oviedo Mall paid out about $2,988 COP=$1 USD climbing a bit over 3,000 by the end of trip. ATM's paid out about 3,200 give or take during this time not including your bank charges, if any.

Weather: Rained like a Mofo for the 1st few days, like rain forest crazy, then partly sunny with temps in the low 80's days and 60's at night. So much for the "drought" the news said they were experiencing? City is about 6 degrees north of the equator at 5,000' elevation so the temps are perfect.

Finances: Arrived with about $2,640 cash USD and left with over $1,300 unspent having wisely relied on the ATM's for a better rate to economize. I withdrew 6 times for a total of $1,099.87 including $18 in bank fees at $3. 00 a pop. Bottom line: For 10 nights including room, bitches, booze, meals out, taxis, tips, etc I only spent $2,100. However, my kill count was way down this trip, usually 1 sometimes 2 a day.

There were four (4) of us, HIGHLY experienced mongers, traveling mostly together to MDE, "The City of the Eternal Spring" for our 2nd trip. (See my previous trip report and posts for this area going back to last September.) Between the four of us we easily have over 1,500 kills, EASILY. Don't hate! BTW, BJ's count in our tally. One of our party lived in Thailand for 3 years and the Phils for another 6 months on business. Another goes to BKK twice a year for weeks at a time. All together we have over 30 trips collectively, and often together, to BlackBeards in the DR (we love it there.) Throw in our odd trips to SJO or PTY and it all adds up, right? Who's counting anyway. Just saying.

Arrived about on time to MDE at 7,068' above sea level. The Mansion's designated driver was there. Nice guy, VERY reliable. At my request he brought me upstairs to the CitiBank ATM where I grabbed it's limit of 500,000 COP at a rate of 3,045.62. Later ATM pulls got me 3,202.04 once and my last 4 pulls were all at 3,286.23 as the USD climbed during the stay. Cost for the ride is set at 75,000 COP. He did a great job quickly descending 2,000 feet on an excellent but wet road with modest traffic at night to the Mansion, so I gave him a 10,000 tip. All of my wings were already there drinking with some real stunners at their cellar bar called, La Cueva (the cave). Grabbed my room key from night security and unpacked with my travel buddies hanging out in my room. They noticed a sex swing in my closet so that had to be hung up right away on the ceiling hook conveniently placed in front of the bed, for decoration, of course. Right? My wings were out of control this trip, I just couldn't keep up. Each wing did 2-4 sessions per day, numerous appointments scheduled, and hitting up some faves on their FB or Whatsapp to do list from last summer's trip. I just wasn't feeling it this trip, went into total relaxation mode, mentally recovering from job stress. No problem, I'm good, went with the flow. My agenda was to get out and actually see the city this time. Over the 10 days I herded the cats, so to speak, and got them out on a guided tour with an educated, English speaking mansion chica that we all banged on our last trip, for the Metro Cable ski lift tour (a la Anthony Bordein) to get an airborne view over the barrios. She took us to the safer one as the other ski lift transits a "conflict zone" barrio. These ski lifts are an integrated part of the city's modern above ground metro system. The place we visited was cleared out by the Army over 10 years ago when ex-President Uribe had enough. So the Army was given permission to kill off all the gang bangers they needed to and today this barrio is quite normalized and tourist friendly, and the locals seem quite proud of it now. I'm a big Uribe fan BTW.

The Raid: About 2 weeks before our arrival the Mansion was raided at night by a multi-agency task force of about 30 uniformed agents repping various govt. LEO's: Immigration, minors, DEA equivalent (with K9 sniffers) and the local Board of Health. Results of the raid: Absolutely NOTHING serious was found but the city board of health condemned their immaculate kitchen over technical violations. Funny thing is, the Mansion was already planning a total renovation of this area anyway. Renovation work was ongoing while we were there and the kitchen was gutted and a wall removed to open up to a new covered outside dining area on the street side. The front office was also expanded a bit. It's all coming together nicely. During our stay all breakfasts (included in the room rate) was cooked and served outside by the pool area. It worked OK in a pinch. Also during our stay 2 cops, one male and the other female, stopped by La Cueva one night to check ID's. The male cop was a prick. We met all 3 of the Mansion's partners during our stay and they all seemed pretty phlegmatic about the raid stating, "It's Colombia." One of my wings is a commercial real estate expert and I have some background in regional planning so when the wing saw some urban planner types out with clipboards surveying the block's skyline where the Mansion is located it gave us pause. The building next to the Mansion appears empty and the footprint of both properties combined could sustain a decent office or apartment building in an area already quite full of them. Hey who knows, it could all just be a mad coincidence. Mansion #2 right up the street appears much less vulnerable to any...urban planning initiatives. It also has a much better, sun drenched swimming pool and a more serene ambiance. Could be a better choice for a larger group traveling together or for the solo stealth fucker types that have pre-planned action lined up. Note to Mansion: How about setting up a separate, quiet space for your quite decent massage therapists to mount a proper massage table whilst playing their tantric cell phone music? Bed massages really don't cut it owing to proper neck alignment. We note that Hotel La Amistad in CR and BlackBeards in the DR both have this more comfortable massage arrangement. However, to be fair, at the Mansion happy endings are optional (extra.) Also, thanks for changing to a better orange juice for breakfast. The old stuff in the clear plastic milk jugs just didn't cut it.

Taxi service is cheap, $5 bucks or less will get you a good distance around town and you can split costs with your amigos making it really cheap. They use "Easy Taxi" a popular taxi phone app down there. Get used to hearing, "Easy taxi, easy taxi!" emanating it's electronically generated male voice from day Manager Alexa's work station. I met again the ever charming (when she's not insanely busy) and super MILF hot English speaking Alexa later on full day 1 to pay my bill. The Mansion offers a generous 20% CASH discount provided you pay it within 72 hours after arrival. You can pay in USD or COP. I exchanged $1,000 USD at 2,988 COP at an Oviedo Mall cambio and saved a few bucks paying in COP as my bill was calculated at 2,955. The ATM's were paying over 3,200 so I hit them up for the duration to economize. The Mansion's busy front desk is a nicely set up IT masterpiece thanks to "Juan, the IT guy. " Need a printed out map with address to a casa or restaurant? Just ask Alexa. Make sure you take the Mansion business card as it has their address and a small street map on the back to show your taxi drivers in case you don't speak Spanish. Also, use the Hard Rock Cafe as an overall geographic reference point in an emergency and guide your driver in from there. Meanwhile, back at the front desk, "Easy taxi, easy taxi!" Many taxistas are themselves wired up. Not uncommon to see a driver with an earpiece, small computer screen or tablet, GPS, etc as they drive you around. As I speak good Spanish I would ride shotgun whilst the wings crowded into the back of these omnipresent yellow taxis, reminding me of those little clown cars at the circus. Somehow, 4 gringos can find room and we even managed 4+1 chica guide once on the long ride back after the metro cable tour to Nutibara Hill, busting our taxi's suspension system along the way. Poor guy. I felt bad. We rode to the top of this urban park where a nice restaurant called, "Pueblito Paisa" offers a great view of the city from a nearby summit observation area. We pigged out there and downed a few pitchers of the local sangria, something we got in the habit of doing whenever we went out to eat. Other places visited and recommended: Try the top floor bar of the Charlee Hotel right in Parque Lleras for a great night time view of the city and some drinks. Also, a revolving penthouse restaurant, a Tony Roma's rib joint if you can believe it, (reservations normally required but we got in without them, service really slow) located on top of the Dann Carlton Hotel is an easy 15 minute walk on Poblado Ave from the Mansion and offers a good experience, do it once. The Hard Rock Cafe is practically next door to the Mansion, 5 minute walk, if that, is always good for some beers or their daily appetizer specials. Another good Italian restaurant that also offers a decent breakfast change from what the Mansion's maids normally cook serves from 8-noon and it's right around the corner on Poblado, 3 minute walk, called Parmasano on the main drag and is also a good place for lunch / dinner if you don't feel like taking a taxi to wherever. For Brazilian churrasco fans you MUST hit up Rodizio Carioca near Parque Lleras, Carrera 36 #8 A-117. For those unfamiliar these are the places where they never stop swirling around your table with various species of grilled meat on a skewer. It's an eat till you puke type of place. Go hungry! Located on a quiet 2nd floor only two side streets away from Lleras and not expensive at all. For something different for the sweet tooth try the excellent "Crepes and Waffles" inside the Oviedo Mall. Almost all of the restaurants in MDE are quite cheap actually, surprisingly so.

It works like this at the Mansion. They use a very discreet FB identity (not to be mentioned here) to let their vetted and approved roster of chicas know what's going on at the mansion on any given day. Special events and coded language letting them know how full they are is what brings them in. Virtually every chica working there is on FB or Whatsapp. Chicas that fucked up get banned entirely or "fined" not for money but for time, as in suspended from working there. Upon arrival they MUST stop by the front desk and sign in with a valid cedula or passport. No exceptions, even the regular chicas must do this. Drugs are not allowed. Totally legal. Now, I speak pretty good Spanish and can converse freely with the chicas. Most don't speak any English, though there are a few exceptions. Many have other full or part-time jobs or are studying in college or some other school. I met, and smashed out, law school students, accounting students or actual accountants, unemployed models, store workers, as well as stay at home moms, etc. I enjoyed my time with almost all of them. They aren't clock watchers and many actually LOVE to fuck and receive DATY. Many of the chicas have bolt-ONS, a national obsession in Colombia. Later, I started taking some 7's as nobody in La Cueva would even look at them. Bought them a few drinks, talked about their lives, gained their confidence, and had some really great sympathy fucks. They were soooo grateful. Cost typically runs 150,000 COP per session or about $50 USD whereas the prepago escorts on mileroticos (local website) normally ask 80-100,000 COP for an hour. Many Mansion chicas will ask for taxi fare. I tipped a few maybe 10-20,000 COP but only if the sesh was totally out of control. Others were perfectly fine with the 150,000 left on the desk next to their panties.

Sunday: Who knew that the City government closes one lane of Poblado Ave to vehicles on Sundays and holidays? Well, they do. It was a pleasure to see thousands, if not 10's of thousands of the citizenry walking, jogging, and bicycling for miles in either direction on the, "Golden Mile" as this main drag right around the corner from the Mansion is known. We had breakfast on the sidewalk at Parmasanos and just took in the show. Then we joined in and hit a supermarket along the way to grab some things. Later that day one of the Mansion regulars organized an afternoon BBQ inviting dozens of chicas to join us. Each guy contributed only 40,000 COP each for the food that was cooked over wood coals by the pool as the chicas frolicked in the pool wearing skimpy bikinis. It's GOOD to be king.

Left a 50,000 tip for the maid because I'm not an ungrateful cheap prick and my exact same driver picked me up at 4:00 AM for the depressing ride uphill to MDE. He could order them on ebay, have them sent to me for a fraction of what he said the stuff costs there. It's my understanding that provided it is new and unused, it is legal. For the battery, think you are limited to one and it must be in carry-on-check TSA for the latest.

As to where you might procure something to put in it once you're there, don't have a clue. Perhaps you can let us know once you get settled in and figure things out. I'm look to stay for a month also, so naturally I too am curious.

So I went flew to Bogota from Orlando in December, missed my flight and had to catch the following day's flight with Jetblue. Flight was excellent and direct. I stayed in Bogota a few days with a lawyer friend I met through colombiancupid. I sent an email when I returned of pictures I took of her on my mobile but I can't find it at the moment, I had to delete it before I came back because of the GF.

Bogota is COLD, like crazy cold, I forgot my jacket so I wasn't very happy. In terms of mongering in Bogota all I was able to do is see an escort who was venezolana I'd seen through mileroticos. She was staying at a hotel, by the way getting anywhere in Bogota takes a really long time by car. BAck to the escort, by far the best looking escort I'd ever seen, not even my type with her being petite and with fake tits and a fake butt but oh my gosh what a body. I'm going to pull the trigger on a flight to Medellin in the next couple of days from, roughly, Mid-Feb to Mid-Mar. I've been to Cali several times but never to Medellin. My first thought was to get a place near Park Lleras where all the supposed action is located. However, it just seems like all the hotels and apartments are overpriced compared to the other areas in Mde. I, also, don't see myself spending every night partying in Park Lleras. I would prefer hitting some bars / clubs outside of Poblado when I'm taking a night or two off from banging the Pro's.

From what I hear, Laureles is an up-and-cuming neighborhood, and the apartments / hotels are more reasonably priced than Poblado. If you want nice off the rack stuff, you will not find it "inexpensive. " Imported goods are at a premium and even Colombian made stuff is usually poor quality and / or poor value. Check out the made in Colombia towels they sell at an Exito for example, they cost like 40,000 pesos and are total pieces of shit.

If you go to Santa Fe, LOS Molinos, etc, there are some decent chain stores but again unless you catch a sale nothing will be cheap in fact it's generally more expensive thread for thread than what you'd pay in the USA Or Canada. You can venture into the Hueco and there are some things worth seeing. If you need sneakers, definitely go there, Palacio Nacional and a block over there is another mall, good deals and good selection versus the high prices at the mall. There is also a store in malls called X Room that has some good deals on shoes. For clothes, very hit and miss, I could tell you more if I knew what you were looking for. Also what size are you? If you are a big fella, don't waste your time. For as many fat fucks as I see, there are not many big sizes. Bigger than XL? Forget. Pants for a 40+ waist? Ditto. Finding a suit jacket that fits? Better off getting it done from scratch.

There are two Citibank ATMs, one on ave. Poblado and one in the Oviedo Mall, that will dispense up to 2 million COP, with a fee of around 17,000 COP. 500 US dollars will get you about 1. 6 million COP at the current rate. Many local banks limit withdrawals to 600,000 or 800,000 at a time. Of course you can make more than one withdrawal until you hit your bank's limit (or the ATM runs out of bills.).There are several, one in San Diego, one in the Centro on Junin (used to be one at Exito San Antonio also), one sort of hidden at the airport, etc. They dispense only up to two million pesos. I want to be very clear on this. Maybe, maybe with a Citibank card it's more but I do not think so. The other user may have been using his card at a time when 2 million pesos was roughly or more than $1000 USD.

My bank is not Citibank but it has a $1000 daily limit. I can still only get two million pesos in one transaction from a city bank ATM, which today is 600 and some odd USD.

Still, that is your best bet. The fee is about $5 USD, right now about 17,000 COP. It does fluctuate based on exchange rate. Servibanca ATMs dispense up to 780,000 COP at a time, the fee is about 10,500 now and you can do more than one transaction (though each individual one carries a fee, obviously).

If you have a citibank card, you can take out more than the 2 million at the citi atms. It also depends on your daily limit also. I've taken out a 1000 usd at the Citi ATM bank branch across from La Estrada on Poblado in one day so no issues for me. It was for my rent but I had no issues.Thank You,

I had used it in Colombia, the Dominicsn Republic, and Costa Rica, with no international fees being added when withdrawing money from any ATM I had used. The only charge you get is the ATM fee charged by the ATM which is quite minimal. I like to use Bancolombia ATM cause they have a 600,000 cop maximum to withdraw and the ATM fee is very small. A 5 usd charge is way too much to pay in comparison to what you would be charge for using the capital one (no transaction charge and less than 2 usd for using any ATM in Colombia):

I opened up the Schwab account a few months before my last trip to Medellin a little while ago. ACH'ed money into the account and they sent me the debit card a few days later. Tried it out once in the US just to make sure it worked and then took it to Medellin.

I used it mostly at the Citibank near the Mansion, but also used it a few times at random ATMs at Oviedo. My fee rebates all posted in one big lump at the end of my trip. No hassles and no issues.

The one thing I would warn people about is that when you transfer money in through ACH, they hold it for 4 business days before they let you take it out at the ATM. That threw a small kink into my plans since I transferred some money in halfway through my trip. Luckily I had a second ATM card I could use in the days my Schwab balance was on hold. Had I known about the hold, I would have just transferred it a few days earlier.

Since it was my first trip to Medellin, I wanted to stay in the Poblado area. I don't speak a word of Spanish, and didn't have a problem getting around or finding girls. Maybe if anyone is interested I can post a picture and you can identify it from the rattan type furniture. Another night I went to Ejecutiva and Club Maracaibo, I took a girl from Club Maracaibo, and she led me into a trap door in the back of the bathroom to a spiral staircase to a dark room. The lights in the shower didn't work and maybe it was good the light in the room was dim because I didn't know how dirty it could of been. I am not sure if I should go back to Medellin or try Bogota or Cali for a new experience. I am going to try to take some Spanish lessons, because I would like to travel around the country and do some eco tourism.

To those of you who is still debating whether to go or not. My suggestion would be to go ASAP, you will really enjoy the trip like I did. I was staying at Blux Apartmentos (El poblado area, very quiet and safe), 15 minutes walk from famous Parque Lleras. Found the apt through Airbnb and paid roughly 50 $ night, which is not a lot, considering the location and privacy. Definitely recommend to get an apt vs a hotel room, it is cheaper, some apt are really nice and updated, and most likely you won't have any problems bringing chicas over.

This casa is considered upscale, it is a huge house up in the mountains (me and my uber driver had a hard time finding it), it is well organized and professionally run. I did count roughly 12 ladies working, ranging from 6 to 9, better quality girls, mostly 7's and 8's, but there is a good chance you will find your 9 there. Ladies are super clean and professional, the rooms are huge and comfortable, on the way out I was asked nicely to rate the girl or leave any feedback, and was offered a cab (there were a few parked outside).

Fase Dos strip club.

Newguy3Lmarcone's suggestion of Thai Spa might be good. I haven't been there yet, but I've heard good things. Also, for night time La Isla might have the best eye candy in MDE (along with loads of silicone). They have rooms on-site.

Honestly I'd be a bit leery of looking for the "even higher-level places. " If you tell people this, they will likely just use it as an excuse to charge you more for the exact same chicas you'll find in other venues (written about here) for much less. Now and then, I've come across guys (both Colombian and extranjero) telling me about their "special stash" of girls that I have to pay more for. I've learned through experience that it's BS.

If you're pushed for time and want to pay up, I recommend hitting Loutron and La Isla. I don't think you're going to find much better quality than they offer, regardless of what you pay. If you have more time, I'd hit a greater variety of the many places mentioned on this site. Yes, that was the agency.

To be clear, while there were 2 reviews (I just added a third for her). I did not see them until after I spent time with her (the guy who runs the agency sent them to me after I went back to him and shared my disappointment. It sounds like you may belong to the same site. Sorry to be cryptic, I just don't know if we are allowed to mention it by name here. And I have no idea why she didn't pop up when I searched on Medellin. Those reviews indicated the sessions were CBJ and made no mention of anal. And they were not by the guy who did the others you've probably seen. I had touched base with the same guy ahead of time, and my impression is he's a straightforward guy, whose review scores might be more biased towards the higher end than mine.

Your plan sounds good, but you are planning to spend too much for pussy. Keep in mind you are going to be in Colombia and you need to start thinking in Colombian pesos COP and not dollars. 200 USD is about 67800 o COP at current conversion which more than the month salary in Colombia. What I am trying to say is that $200 is a lot of money in Colombia. For example, for 1 hour with a chica in New Life, an 8, a 9 and even a 10 type of girl, is just 70 k COP or just 20 USD, haft hour 40 k or 12 USD. Even if you go to the highest end casa like Loutron (200-250 K that is just 70-80 USD). You can also save a lot with accommodations once you become comfortable and familiar with Medellin and rent an apartment by day or find a budget chica friendly hotel in an area you like. Believe it or not but in my last trip which was two full weeks, I spent about 1000 USD total and that included my flight from NY (480 USD), and the rest I spent on good food, several tours, and about 13 chicas, and accommodations, etc but I was only getting girls from the centro casas, and alternated staying in a hostel in Poblado (30 K or 8 USD per day) and an aparta studio in Laureles (90 k or 27 USD per night). Checked into this Hotel late Tuesday night. It's a really nice hotel The room I'm staying in is basically like a small apartment. The bed is comfortable, water in the shower is hot, and breakfast served in the morning was very good. They have a small lap pool on the top floor, along with a Sauna, and nice washers + dryers too. They have an exercise room, but it's just a couple of treadmills, and a piece of equipment that you may be able to do a few exercises. The area is really quiet at night, and about a five minute cab ride to Park Lleras. If I were staying here for a week or less, I'd book at this place again. Since I'll be here for a month, $80 a night is a little more than I'd like to spend. I booked a private room for the following week at a place called the Happy Buddha Hostel. It's going to be around $48 a night.

Every Wednesday, a group meets in the bar of The Buddha Hostel for a pub crawl. There was about 50 people there last night. It was all young backpackers from the States and Europe. Went to about 5 bars around the Provenza area of Poblado which is a couple of blocks south of Park Lleras. Had a good time even though I was twice the age of everyone. I went down to the Park Lleras area to grab a bite to eat. I ended up at a restaurant that just opened located next to Patrick's Irish Pub. Sorry, but the name escapes me. The waitress recommended the sausage with mashed potatoes. It was really good. The only downside was the glass of wine I ordered couldn't have been more than 3 or 4 ounces. It sounds as thought you got scammed by a pimp of the strip club or owner. He may own the club or be a pimp there, but does not own the girls, same apply to any legal place in Medellin. I'm a long time visitor to MDE, but due to a scheduling conflict, this is the first time since 2009 that I did not have someone something to do on a Sunday night. Also, I am guiding a buddy on his first trip down, and due to cancelled flights he only has a few days left, so I don't want to let him down.

Took a cab to downtown from Poblado area, its 22 K COP as we visited 2 more casas before landing at Newlife.

Visited Abidos around 4:45, it is closed. Next stop is at Energy at 5 PM and that is closed as well.

Next destination is New life, There are about 11 Chicas and I close Isabella which I would say a 7.

She got a huge ass probably a aged lady and not even a English word from her.

Its a 30 minutes session which is OK, was charged 45 K COP.

Seen one more stunner at the place on my way out. May not come back to this place.

This Medellin movie is really stupid, but if you speak Spanish and are interested in learning about Medellin barrio culture, barrio girls, the language spoken by people in the poor barrios, you may find it interesting. The characters appear to be real barrio people.
