Been noticing increased LE activities in Spas and also SB's. It seems more tougher times are coming ahead. The other day happenned to be passing by Dahisar, and noticed few more bars have faced BMC's bulldozers. Don't know if this kind of activity conducted is to remove the extra spaces that the SB's have occupied (Extended front portions), or was it because they wanted to rid the area from SB's.
Whatever they may be, Its best to tread safe, and stay away from SB's for some time.
Been also researching about mongering laws in the country, and have only managed to get a fair idea. Maybe my research was not good enough. Would urge seniors to throw some light into the this.

Yaar you are making a mistake by calling them service bars (SB), they are known as pickup bars / disco bars / dance bars but not service bars. Service bars are where you can fondle the girl and get an HJ. There are no service bar on western lines.

One day I was sitting in car with my GF in a lonely spot at Airoli. We were just chatting. I just kept my hand on her shoulder and that moment 2 cops came on bike and asked me to get out. Each one talked to me and my GF separately and tried to verify the info. Luckily our version was same. But still they took us to near police stn. Then they have a typical approach. They ask you to call home and ask you family to come. They also threatened that they will put us in lockup and tomorrow we will have to go to court. The problem here only was GF was much younger to me and we were in a wrong place in the late evening. I kept my head cool and kept pursuing that we were not doing anything wrong so please let us go. After a long discussion one of the PSI asked me how much money do I have. Ahh I thought that was the turning point. I had 7 K on me. I told them frankly. But the other guy was not budging. He went to police station and got some form to be filled up. Again lot of negotiations and finally they agreed for the fine and free arrangement. I gave them 7 K and that angel gave me 1 k back. And we were free.
So my advice. Try love first and not Law.

Second rule is to, not to argue but be submissive. Third rule is to, after some negotiations to talk about money you can shell out. Try not to bring out the subject of money on your own. I was just out of town for a very long time.
Back in town, and back to giving you a few quick reports to begin with.

Good old M&S.
My favorites are back.
For those in the know, that's are and M, both Thai.

Report of my recent trips!!
1) Spa in PP: probably the most shadiest place I've ever been to. One miss p was there to take care of me. But didn't enjoy much!

Take it slow, enjoy the massage, then request them for extras. By doing so, you are setting a comfortable atmosphere for the whole deed. Else you would make the therapist, or the manager uncomfortable, and paranoid that one fine day, they would all be trained to refuse extras, therefore spoiling the whole scene.
Extras are not confirmed in any SPA's. You will need to work your way through it, and its not very hard to do so either. But be courteous to the spa staff, and also be cautious.

After visiting twice to the below mentioned spa in colaba, the massage was excellent, clean, no extras nothing but as mentioned by snoozy you need to invest time and money I. E repeating the same therapist time and again for building a rapport and once she's comfortable then sky is the limit. But in my case I do not have the time nor the energy to invest in one therapist, I have had many many cases of blue balls hence stopped repeating unless I'm bored.

It could be due to the reason that I am using another computer which I am not used to. Anyway here is my answer / reply and also FR.
Few weeks ago I went to that spot called Kailasnagar ground where these SPs are always sitting especially from 6 pm onward till about 2-3 in midnight. You will find them round the year except when there are heavy rains. I mentioned few names in my earlier posting. Now a days Mr Aatish, Hitesh Patil, Dipak Dhanve etc have become active. If one goes after 10 or 11 pm you will find them with liquor bottles too! But don't worry, its well protected area as local LEs are regularly paid. Ground is very small one surrounded by chawls, bungalows and buildings. One may find few bikes and 4 wheelers parked on the ground. But 1 can straight away approach the SPs. Normally they send directly to HW's address. They don't give phone no. S Instead they call the HW about your visit. Let me write to all (including admin) that I have no financial interests nor any other interest in giving this information. Its just for fellow mongers. I used to write in this forum and few other with another ID. But because of work nature. I couldn't write during last few years. It may take half an hour for strangers to convince these Sps that they are genuine customers, but time spent is worth. One can give my reference if needed.

A) Closed environment unknown to meddling kind. Also I have seen some of our female monger warm up to this one with level of sophistication.

Completely understand the advantages of the Spa. Most probably they will stay longer. But unfortunately Mumbai city is deprived of options and entertainment, so any new avenue becomes a single point window. Thus I fear it will be an eyesore. Though we have a long way to go.

Lands End per se isn't GF but you can try taking the girl to the above level coffee shop and then take her to the room. 90% of the time there aren't any security guards near the coffee shop lift so you can try. Since I was going to be late at work, decided I should try the AT Spa at Colaba. Called them in the evening and booked the last slot.
