After being a silent observer of this forum for a long time, just decided to contribute and share a recent experience which happened almost a month back. Visited the famous mall of gurgaon goes by the name of infamous group who was accused of cheating its investors. On the top floor found 2 discs, remaining 3 had shutdown due to legal problems. Two days in Delhi and two FRs.

I would try the dating site, afrointroductions. Com first. Register and browse. Alternatively, Club Spasso by Select Citywalk mall is a good bet on Tuesday nights, 'Dons and Divas' African night, or pretty much any other night of the week. The other option is just hang around the malls in Saket and start talking. In my experience, African women usually don't mind guys coming up to them and chatting, they are not so hung up. My fav club out there is Regal in Bur Dubai and you get women from almost all nationalities there. However, very few africans there. If you like Filipino women, go to Ratsky night club in Karama Hotel and to Club Africana if your looking for Africans.
A nice CIS / Turkish will charge you about 500 AED for one shot and anywhere between AED 800-1000 for whole night and a filipina should be available for about 300 AED for one shot and anywhere between AED 400-600 for whole night. Am not really into black women but their charges shud also be the same as filipina.
If your interested in having a woman in the day also, exchange numbers wid them in the club at night and a CIS woman will normally come for 3 hrs (2 shots) in about AED 500.
In Dubai, liquor is available only in bars and no street vendors are thereand your also not allowed to carry liquor from here to there. If your fond of drinking, buy liquor at the dutyfree in Dubai Airport wen you land there and thats legally allowed to be consumed at the hotel.

I finally went to PCO yesterday night. And our friend TheRealPilkey was right. Its a bar and more of a cigar bar. A high end and sophisticated place. Not a night club and not at all for mongers like me. This time a very dear friend of mine was here and we both decided to go to Peppers on Saturday night. We reached there at about 10. 30 PM and we were the only 2 guys in entire Peppers and even guards were missing. We were told that crowd starts coming in after 12 am only and so went to JMD Regent Arcade and went into Roxxy. Cover charges of Rs. 500 for each person but very bad crowd. You see anyone and everyone and so much of chhakka crowd out there. Quickly grabbed 2 drinks and it was almost 12 am and headed back straight into Peppers.
Entry fees is Rs. 2000 and out of this Rs. 1000 they give as cover also (last time they did not give me this cover as I was probably a bit drunk.). However if one enters as a couple, the cover available is complete Rs. 2000. Wen we were entering, we cud see them filtering the crowd and a few women were also not allowed to enter. Maintain some status of the place. Generally you won't see a chakka there.

We are all supposed to give maximum information to help each other.You are right about there not being any forum rules barring openly naming the place and the girl, however there is a difference of opinion amongst members over openly sharing information. This is a public forum, anyone and everyone can browse and read it and it generally leads to ruining the contact. There have been more than enough instances where in the contacts have been ruined. Imagine the holy grail of Spas you are so looking for ends up being talked about openly and the next time you visit you find that the place has become a dump how would you feel? In fact, that is something LE is very very strict about. So I'm not sure that you'll find a hotel in NCR which won't ask you for ids. Prostitution is nowhere close on LEs radar as terrorism is. Having said that, someone recommended me two hotels, Hotel Metro and Hotel Rainbow, in Mahipalpur which will be at your service for about 1000 bucks for two hours or so. Though I haven't been to either, I have been told that they will take your I'd / Photocopy and when you leave, they'll return it to you. It's their way of staying safe, you know. You can find the numbers on Google. In fact, I'm sure you'll find plenty of such hotels in Mahipalpur.

Hi Friends.
I finally went to PCO yesterday night. And our friend TheRealPilkey was right. Its a bar and more of a cigar bar. A high end and sophisticated place. Not a night club and not at all for mongers like me. Its expensive and the concept is nice but you shud go only if you have a date and you want to spend quality time wid her in a nice ambience and impress her. But not at all for picking someone up. Did not see any women come alone there and so chances of getting lucky wid an expat or any other women are also remote unless you become a regular and I really don't think that its worth the effort and inspite of that, still high chances of failure. But anyways it was nice to have experienced an exclusive place like that. Had 2 pints of beer and popcorn and headed to Striker in Ambience, Vasant Kunj. Details of that in my next FR.
