as evident this is my first report.

got me thinking recently that i have been behaving in different manners inside with therapists and there are certain traits of my personality which are unseen before even by myself.

till three years back there were a few stand alone spas and only the selected few knew what happened in those spas once the room door was shut, the therapists were decently trained and even though hjs always existed but the emphasis was mainly on the massage which even then was not great and extras were limited to regular clients. my first spa experience which was courtesy this forum that has now gone to the dogs was iw pb, that is where i started my journey on this forum as far the spas go. over a period of time i have seen the whole spa scene in delhi change drastically. i have seen spa chains springing up, everything from heated beds to jacuzzis being installed, therapists being imported from the thailand, rates going down from 3k to rs750, four handed massages, six handed massages, bbbjs, fs and the list goes on.
the massage industry is growing with a new spa coming up and all of them are booked and running. i don't remember even one shutting shop. their standards have of course gone for a toss but they don't shut.

spas start from a single therapist now-a-days which was not the case previously. till sometime back spas were owned by people who had extra money and didn't know what to do with it, or people running beauty parlours or salons, or women who wanted to do a side business or were operated as ayurvedic treatment centres but things have changed a lot. when i say that spas start from a single therapists now-a-days i mean one therapist who is good looking, a therapist who knows what she is doing, a therapist who also does massages and manages the spa and takes calls and books appointments etc. until she meets this guy who has a some extra money in his pocket and who proposes that lets open our own spa. now the therapists have to actually sleep their way to convince this guy to invest in her because even though these therapists are raking in a lot of money (you can see most of them carrying two phones that too nice ones) but opening a spa is a completely different ball game altogether. but as they say there is nothing a willing pussy can not achieve (that is my own line actually) and you see very soon a new spa where this one therapist is the boss and also the partner. ragini, alka, mimi, pinki etc are numerous examples.
i am surprised as to how this industry is progressing and how these girls from really humble backgrounds have made a decent living out of this. they are not entertaining clients nor are they providing services but are earning a lot. i have done a basic calculation of how much raginis spa must be making and believe me its a lot of money for ragni (honestly my maid looks much much better). i am skeptical though as to when this free for all match will last till, the way this is going it not long before the bubble is going to burst with raids being conducted in all these places and govt putting a check on all this. after all the govt doesn't like any industry which is making money and specially a one like this.
another cause of worry is the current situation and the current legal environment when it comes to women and their protection. i don't think it will be very long when someone is accused of mis-behaving or [CodeWord125] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord125) a girl in one of these spas and believe me there isn't jack shit that we can do about it once we are accused of any such thing. it is important to maintain a very low profile in front of these girls so that they know that they can't extract any thing out of such endeavours. play a fukra. but an educated, smooth talking, well behaved fukra. my experiences in spas have taught me that most of these therapists while you are lying naked there are having similar thoughts like us. i have gotten a massage on a beach in thailand, on 56th floor of the marina bay sands in singapore, in small towns of uk and europe, in a super luxury tent in the deserts of rajasthan and in the middle of the ocean also on a private island and though i behaved myself in most of these places i have always had great experiences and many of those accidental brushes which assure me that me and my therapist are connected and that connection is oily!

i visited this newly opened spa by my old regular in west delhi on the recommendation of loneranger. now i didn't know that my regular from six months back would have graduated to opening her own spa but she has and the spa is really nice. the massage tables are all bigger than single beds, the rooms and towels are clean and the showers hot. i hope it stays like this but i doubt it will. since i go back with her she gave me an option to choose from two nis both i didn't like but i chose one hesitantly and the girl was nothing great. i forgot the names of the therapists which lone ranger had recommended and my phones battery died so could not check hence chose one randomly. the massage was below average, extras was okay but the spa is great. i will recommend that all old timers please try it before it gets dirty which i am sure it eventually will.

bbb29well whenever i visit a spa nowdays, i get a feeling that it's not bad being an angel investor for a new spa. the return on investment is good and the spa owners are making decent money. even the therapist for just 20 mins of extra service can earn somewhere around rs 2000 / day and almost double of that during weekends. besides if a therapist is good looking, playful, believes in customer service then sky is the limit for them and they are the one's who graduate into spa owners in future.

exactly my thoughts bros, found an echo of what i have been experiencing and feeling, something i did mention in my recent post. all spas indulge, but rag is crossing all limits. surely seems bad days are ahead for the whole spa scene.
it indeed has become a lucrative business. the other day, one of my financier friends was discussing about returns from different business models. the spa model beats them all by miles ! for a gross max monthly operating cost of 1. 5 lakh, in addition to investment of 4-5 lakh for the interiors and fittings, a spa like rags earns anywhere between 5-8 lakh per month for the owner. and of course each therapist earns between 0. 75 to 1. 25 lakh per month ! seriously, how many of us earn that kind of money ?! and at this young age ?!
and while it may be true for the likes of alka, rags is not someone whom the angel investors must have been keen to sleep with, rather they were in it for the returns. (each of those 2 had their own personal daily sessions with their personal respective favs 2 nis miss s and miss are, and who have now been kicked out by rags along with those 2). once returns like these started pouring in, she repaid their stake within a few months, parted ways, and is now opening 2 more spas !
though it seems tempting to try, for all the drawbacks listed by numerous members, this spa is seriously threatening to upset the whole game. with her brazen ways, i feel this one female is going to prove to be the proverbial last straw leading to the closure of the spa scene altogether in ncr at least, as rightly predicted by bbb bro. no amount of advise seems to work with this female as she is way too crass to get the point and has gone berserk with the easy money flooding her cashbox.
