If you are shifting to gurgaon than you have every reason to cheer up. Mahipalpur is the mail centre point for many providers with Indian, Russian & even Arabian girls nowadays. Many guest houses there are also involved in this. Just keep your eyes open.

I had heard about MPs but during that time there had been lot of raids by LE and I was scared to try MPs. So I decided to go for SW.
Having no clue of what to do, I decided to take local rickshaw and auto-rickshaw and seek their help. The first few I took just denied the existence of any SW activity. However, I did not give hope and a few rickshaw drivers told be about SW in the area of Sector 37 crossing, Atta Market bus stops (mainly the one beside the newly built GIP mall. At that time there was no GIP), and atta pir bus stops. Some also reported activities near rajnigandha chowk and at gol chakkar. They told that these are independents and you can spot them in two ways:
1. They would be generally standing for a long time not getting into any buses or local transport. Do not directly approach them, instead, make eye contact and wait for their signal. At these places, even their agents might approach you and might try to rip you off your money.
2. Watch for girls in Rickshaws (both cycle and auto). The rickshaws would be moving slow and on making eye contact they would stop. Go and talk to the girl and finalize the deal.
I decided to take the rickshaw route. I befriended one auto rickshaw driver who claimed to know the areas well and could identify the girls (I did not want to risk approaching the wrong girl and getting beaten up). We were moving in our rickshaw and he saw another rickshaw coming very slowly with a girl inside. He told me that she is a prostitute and asked me to check her out. I agreed. He signaled the auto to stop. The lady was in her late 20s, wearing a salwaar kameez rather conservatively. Average face, nice boobs, okay figure. I was too horny and agreed to take her. She quoted a price Rs 400 for one shot. It was my first time and I could not negotiate. She came and sat in my rickshaw and asked me to pay her driver (Hidden cost of Rs 50!).

Of course, my condition was that I should like the first shot (I was getting more confident!) We went to my apartment and I offered her some food and drinks. As i have posted previously, am looking for some good providers in the Gurgaon region, but havent had too much luck. So being desperate enough i decided to try one of the ads in TOI, this one was for a MP which advertised with a Gurgaon location.

Ok I admit you are not gettin contacts in gurgaon. But why you are waitin for things to happen. Move out. Go to munirka, vasant kunj, sj enclave, mahipalpur and other nearby areas. Try there and make some contacts. When you made contacts in thers areas you will see that you are gettin contacts in gurgaon also. Have pm facility and request seniors. Keep on posting reprts and comments. Soon you will be in the pic of things.

well I bought my ticket now. I'll be arriving in New Delhi in the middle of May and heading north. I'm not sure where exactly. Unfortunately, it seems that there are very few women available anywhere in India. I guess my best bet is going to try to meet a tourist girl. I was in Thailand with a girlfriend last year and I got hit on quite a bit by single female tourists traveling by themselves but I was with a girl. Going to some of the bars and nightclubs in New Delhi, hanging out in coffee shops -- Clubs are very good hunting ground for indian as well as tourist girls. Must try. You will not be disappointed. PM me for give you names of few Clubs to try and approach.
Asking people in the hotel, -- Bellboys in most of 5 stars are game for it. Show them some green pasture and they will get you booty. It will be on higher side and payout should be balanced with bargaining by you. Normal ST rates are 3-6k INR and 10k for LT.

I had high hopes for the second because it was a lady operator who took the call and directed me. She wasn't at the premises, a chap on a bike came and picked me up. One girl was ok, the room had aircon but was dingy. At 3k, I passed again.
The final one was on Sunday, at K*lk*ji. Numbers 1482 and 5863. Near a local college. Dingy, curtain covered booths. One decent girl, picked her. 1K, but no FS. So I finally decided to get a little more bold with my adventures, so decided to look for one of the ads in TOI advertising home services. Picked a number which said NCR and called the guy.
The rates he claimed were 5K for ST and 10k for the nite. Now I made it very clear to him that I needed no bait and grab operations, so asked him to bring me a choice and meet me at a neutral place. My luck began to turn for the worse from there. He only brought 1 girl, decent looking so I decided to go for the LT option.
The girl was decent, CBJ was good and one more shot later, she started getting dressed. I said that I had her for the whole nite. But this is the deal they just do 2 shots and walk out
So here is some stuff I learnt, compared to other cities
1. ST means 1 time and then they are going to walk out
2. LT means twice, so if you are hoping for more, don't bother
I also found out the asking rates for some the exotics (I. E., Russians) is around 10-12k for ST and negotiatiable to 15k for LT
Overall experience was 6
Looks: 6
Quality of service: 8
$$$ Damage: 10k + 1k (Tip, paid that in advance to ensure good service)
Overall opinion: Not value for money at all
Suggestions: Negotiate, from what I hear the rates can come down to half depending on the quality of personnel left on weekends as they go later into the night
LT is not a worthy option, once you know and trust a provider, go for the ST option (except for Exotics, where an LT means value for money)

thank you for your response,inbir01. I am an American who will be arriving in Delhi at the end of May for about two months. My plans are flexible but I will definitely be going north in order to go trekking.
Since I may go on to Thailand or some other country afterwards, I'm not that desperate to find women to have sex with if it's going to be unpleasant. It just seems counterintuitive that things should be so hard in a country with so much poverty. I have met girls in other countries and continued to send them some sort of assistance for years. Not as much as they necessarily wanted, but more than they would've gotten if they had not met me. So I am a little surprised. Recently I called up a guy from the craiglist.com, and he sent a girl for LT. I paid 10k for only twice. The girl was also 6/10. Good service though. But there is some rule in Delhi it seems. LT means only twice and ST means only once for which they charge 5k.

Well, Relian*e Fr*sh business model is the one to adopt. Buy directly from the source, and eliminate the middlemen altogether. :-) That way you can get it very cheap. More the middlemen, the more padded up will be your damages (even though the gal gets the same, irrespective of what you pay).
Here is one trick of trade to connect right to the pmp or the source, by eliminating most of the brokers.
Start with sites like Locanto, Vivastreet, Criagslist/Escort section. You will get large number of brokers (middlemen) listed. Pick some, even though the cost might sound unreasonable. They will connect you to multiple level brokers and finally, you get connection to the source pmp.
You have an option to see the gal and renegotiate with the pmp, or give some cash to the pmp and say that the gal is not to the expectation and then ease out of the place. (make sure Johnny is not doing the thinking!). Do some good socializing with the pmp and get his contact directly for the next time connect at a very cheap rate.
Another way that you can develop network is to talk to these gals during your missions for other contacts of pmps that they were with earlier. Make sure they call and introduce you to them; else you might get dud numbers.
In a nutshell, the more pmp contacts you have (rather then brokers), you get cheaper service and choice. "Best" service would be more or less like taking a lottery (this is true even with the one you had "best" service before). :-)

By the way, it is important to mention here that every time i refused and sent back a girl the pimp charged me rs 500 as "taxi money". So i was quite pissed off with the pimps for charging me.
A case in point is my trip 2 months ago, after rejecting 6 girls over 2 hours, the agent finally said he would ask a pretty independant girl to come but she would cost 20k for 2 hours. i agreed. when she did come after a good 1 hour, she wasnt what she was described as (i wanted slim indian, she turned out to be a slightly plump NE), but all the same was cute and hot in her own way. So i called the pimp and said i did not think she was worth 20k and i would only pay 5k for her. he immediately said no way and told me to send her away. so i said fine. No, Dublin Pub in the hotel doesn't have girls. All of the staff there when I stayed was male and that kinda keeps the girls away. There are some expat girls who go there if staying in the hotel...but usually no luck with that.

Today's TOI Report.
NEW DELHI: Reports that Delhi had become a significant destination for sex tourism has made the Union home ministry alert the Delhi Police asking it to crack down on traffickers, escort services and touts.
The government has been jolted into action after reports indicated that sex workers and traffickers expected business to pick up around major sporting events like the Commonwealth Games.
A senior home ministry official said, "We have taken cognizance of reports that there could be an increase in such activity in Delhi. We have alerted the Delhi Police and asked them to conduct raids and take stringent action.''
The city police has also been asked to ensure that airports, stations and other points of transit are sanitised and unregistered tour operators, cab drivers and travel guides are checked.
The move comes after Rajya Sabha MP and chief critic of the Games Mani Shankar Aiyar wrote to tourism minister Kumari Selja asking the government what steps had been taken to curb sex tourism. The tourism ministry, in turn, had taken up the issue with the home ministry.
The police said that they are aware of the developments and have kept MHA posted on the turn of events. "We have found unsolicited escort services being offered over the internet. Our cyber cell has been activated and we have asked our patrols, especially in areas like Paharganj, Saket, New Friends Colony and Defence Colony, to be on the alert,'' said a senior police officer.
Sources said they are investigating the inputs from sources that over 5,000 foreign girls are likely to assemble from countries like Armenia, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.
As a tout pointed out, all rooms in guest houses have been booked. "The area around IGI Airport will be the main meeting point. Thus rooms in guest houses in residential areas in Mahipalpur and Palam have been booked by us. Most of the girls have arrived. We have divided their work in shifts and each client will have to pay up Rs 15,000 for an hour's service. We have even taught them English and Hindi lessons. It really is easier to get it done out of India in the neighbouring countries and i do believe Cuban Tourisit is just saying India as a poor country when comparing with the other poorer countries in the region that seems to thrive on this trade seems extremely difficult to get this done. Hit and miss is the norm, my friend. The coloured ads are generally more expensive than the plain text ones. Call 15-20 of them and follow your instincts. Some of them would ask you to meet at a certain location; make sure it's a public place and ask the vendor to bring the babes to you rather than you going to them. Meet them in the open for making a choice. Do not, repeat, do not get into any vehicle to check them out... can be dangerous.
As for hotels, any problem having your visitor come up to the room?
Depends on the hotel and the way your visitor is dressed. Most hotels will not raise an eyebrow if she is decently dressed and is visiting during day time. Avoid incall places as LE is quite active these days thanks to the CWG.

At first i was reluctant, as i didn't knw the guy nor met him before. I expressed my concern to him, and he assured me once i make the deposit within 15mins i'll get the message where to collect my delivery.
I gave a try to this as he said this is all done to be secure and avoid any kinda problems.
It took lot of hassel to make him believe that i have deposited the amount in his account.
Once he gave the confirmation, i asked him the location. He said as i took lot of time , he would arrange the next day.
Nxt day he didnt arrange and asked me to deposit another $50 as only higher model is available. I was really pissed and asked him to arrange what ever i gave him as advance.
After that he didnt contact and stopped taking my calls.
$50 experience !

I have to agree with you, although I haven't tried GB road myself but heard enough horror stories to stay away from it.

There is a club in the Ashok - absolutely teaming with talent of all descriptions on a Friday/Saturday night but I'm not sure if there were any WG's there. It looked just like a classy night club frequented mainly with the young set, but there was a lot of eye candy there. The Samrat was completely dead.

I checked both areas yesterday..i went to the main market area. Did not find any.
Was I in the right area?I had recently gone to Lajpat Nagar. The road opposite to Lajpat Nagar Metro Station, there it has a BP petrol Pump. You can get 2-3 SW standing there at 7-8Pm in night or roaming in rickshaws looking backwards after every second looking for clients.
They charge 200-300 for Oral and 600-800 for FS if you have a place. I dont know if they can get you any hotel near it.

With the help of TOI I traced a MP located near Bhikaji. Charges 1K. Not a very great place. But very friendly. I have been there three times. First time they had 2 staff. But during the next two visits they had only one.
In Defence Colony look on the colony's main roads, i.e. the road from Lajpat Nagar to the roundabout near the market and the roads running along the nala. Also the main road that has Def Col on one side and Lajpat Nagar on the other - the stretch from Moolchand to Def Col flyover.
In Sarojini try the road from Hyatt to the roundabout, and turn right at the roundabout and all the way down to Safdarjung Flyover.
I checked both areas yesterday..i went to the main market area. Did not find any.
