2003 Archived Reports
elricardo, I suggest hotel La Villa de Zaragoza. It's one block off Recolution, but a couple block walk to the Zona.
Just remember to register for two people, or the night security guard may bust your balls.

BTW, there is a resturaunt at the end of the same block that is pretty good. The name is Ricardos(should be ez for you to remember).
have fun, maybe I'll be down around the same time as you.

albundy If you want to import a girl who will treat you like a king, DO NOT bring back a mexican hooker. Go to Colombia, Venezuela, or especially Buenos Aires, Argentina. Details on those boards. --Been there, Done That

Snapper,
Thanks for the recommendation. One more thing. I'll be flying into San Diego and either a taxi or trolley to the border. How difficult to schlep luggage along?

Take the trolley to the border.
Outside the airport get on bus #952(this number may not be correct, so double check with the person at the information desk in the airport). When you get on the bus ask the driver what stop you have to get off to catch the trolley(I can't remember the name of the stop). Get off the trolley at the San Ysidro stop. It will be about a 40 minute ride to the border, but it will save you a lot of money compared to a taxi.
If you have a lot of luggage take the Mexicoach($2 I think) to Revolution, Then take a taxi to Zaragoza. I don't recommend this unless you have more than two big suite cases. It is a waste of time and money.
The best way to get to get there after you get off the trolley is to follow the people up the twisty ramp over the highway, then through the two sets of turnstiles. That's where you get your cab($5). The hotel is on Madero between Calle7 and Calle8 just in case you get the cab driver that doesn't know where Zaragoza is.
Oh yeah, to answer your question. I've never had a problem taking luggage across the border. Although, now I pack my stuff in a backpack incase I decide to rent a bike to cross back into the States.
I'm not too sure if this is your first trip or not, so I probably have given you way too much information, but if you have any more questions feel free to ask. snapper___@hotmail.com

Happy New Years guys...
I celebrated New Years last night in Tijuana. The New Years celebration was uneventful around town. The clubs had plenty of chicas early in the evening but soon many of the superstars were getting barfined all night. The street girl action was also pretty lame as midnight approached. I, on the other hand, had an interesting time. After roaming the alley I decided to head back to my hotel and relax for a couple. I had pounded down a few tequilas and cervezas earlier so I figured a little nappy wouldn't hurt. I got as far as the reception area. I hooked up with a chica that had just gotten into town. She was spending the night at the hotel with her baby and was supposed to meet her husband later the next day. They were moving to Tijuana so that her husband could find work. Not soon after saying hello I went out and brought back tacos for the chica and the reception guy. He, in turn, pulled out a brand new bottle of Hornitos. After a few drinks and laughs I said my good nights and headed to my room. The chica was knocking on my door 5 minutes later. She said she was lonely and wanted to spend the night with me. She was great en la cama but having the baby in the stroller next to the bed was a little strange. She left around 6:00 AM. I took a shower and was walking the alley by 8:00 AM. I spotted Rosa Maria so we did a session at La Najera Hotel. I paid for 30 minutes because I knew it would take awhile. Rosa, true to form, worked my cock for the 30 minutes. I finally unloaded a couple minutes before the knock... Nice way to start the New Years.

trojanman,
The hotel is right in the middle of Transvestite country but it is NOT a hotel that caters to them. I never would have looked for a place here. A cabbie took me here. It was a good choice. The rooms were clean (by TJ standards) and very quiet - even on New Years. The name of the place is Hotel San Francisco. It is located on Calle Primera, between F. Martinez and Mutualizmo. It was $17/night. They also own a hotel (Hotel Saint Fancis) that is located around Revolucion and Calle Segundo. That hotel is $20/night. I have not seen this place. This is what the night clerk told me.
tapioca,
I did not get a number. She's a married chick. I don't think her husband would be too keen on a gringo calling up his wife for a little booty call.

Snapper - I'm staying (Alaska) tonite. $22. If you like BASIC (note emphasis) but clean, it's OK. No apparent extra charge for visitors as long as they don't spend the whole nite. Anyway - last night - only a few out and about - and not much action in clubs (not even the stuff south (Isis, Unicorn, etc). Seems like most of the talent went home for the Fiestas.
-
snapper,
This hotel only caters to people who are NOT gender confused... haha... Believe me - I asked! Hey, mongering1 and I looked for you on the 28th in front of Adelitas at 10:00 PM. You hook up with a chica?

snapper,
Nope, we didn't wait too long. Mongering1 and I ended up pounding down a few cervezas in a quiet bar and talked about how much the Philippines fucked up our lives. You heard it all already when we partied with Firedick at La Carretta Bar.
trojanman,
I concur. The selection really has been skimpy at best. I might pop down there tonight. If I see anyone decent I’ll be sure to sample her and report back to “the team”.

just curious but what is the going rate at AB and CC right now? haven't spent time in TJ for a while. Also, are there any escort services down there? Have not heard too much of them. I prefer to relax in my hotel then to fight with a crowd, thanks.
