if I was on vacation here in Pattaya I would chose to stay central Pattaya. The travel time annoys me. I do not recommend Jomtien to 1st time visitors. Come check it out. But stay in the heard of the action for your first trip.

Agree 100% Why would a first time visitor stay in Jomtien on a first visit to Pattaya? Stay in the heart of the action. Now if this was my 5th trip, I wanted to try something a bit different, and I rented a motorbike would I consider Jomtien. I personally enjoy Jomtien but to spend a few hours in the afternoon there not to stay there.

If you lived here full time for moire than a few weeks I would hold some weight it what you say. However, I don't think you have any experience at all. Everything you say they come to be beach road to do can be achieved on Thai Friendly. I know Thai culture after 15 years in Thailand straight. Right now, I'm in Pattaya for 1 week already and I confirm nobody use condoms now in Pattaya! Same as the airport taxi. You can go down to the first floor and get an official airport taxi for 2500 baht (gogo bar). You can email a service for somebody to wait on the second floor with your name on a sign for 1500 baht (Soi 6). You can do like me and go outside on the fourth floor and get one for 800 baht (Beach Road). Pick up locations and prices are different, but once inside the car it is all the same.

Some guys look at the bells and whistles that come with the more expensive examples and feel they are somehow getting a better end product. Big fancy desk where you get the official airport taxi. Big stage and fancy lights when you are in the gogo. Custom sign with your name on it when you get the taxi service. Chick to throw a few back with you when you are on Soi 6. Hop in the car and go when you are up on the fourth floor. Get straight down to fucking when you get a chick from Beach Road.

I happen to like having someone waiting for me when I arrive at BKK. I can afford to pay 1500 - 1600 TBH. I am happy to pay it. The service I use is consistent and vetted and I have used them to transport me to Bangkok when I have had important pressing business. Something that many others do that I will not do is talk about anyone else's choices. Every man up in here is allowed to spend their money how they choose and fuck who they want.

Although I am surprised that you did not mention there is a bus you can take that goes directly from the airport to a station next to Food Mart in Jomtien. 350 THB. I have taken it before.
