So Som's new bar/shop would be essentally across the street from the Exchange Tower in that intersection, just past Sukhumvit, down a small driveway next to the little Asok Bar on Ratchadaphisek.

The new name of her bar/shop is Duangporn Massage or something like that. You will see some ladies sitting outside her shop on that small driveway. BTW, as you round the bend from Sukhumvit onto Ratchadaphisek, you will first encounter another massage shop with uniformed girls sitting outside. That is not Som's new place.
