I'm writing this post as a certifiable, unabashed Dirty Old Man and then some (just celebrated the big 80) in the expectation that any other mongers out there in my advanced age cohort may enjoy comparing experiences, and that this account may also prove of some interest to those of you relatively younger honchos who may be wondering how long you'll be able to keep it up (literally and figuratively). I'll be following this post up with another two that chronicle my experiences in Medellin in happy pursuit of the Pussy Paisa. (Perhaps this first post might better belong in a more general I. S. G. Thread, put I'm uploading it here because Medellin for now remains my monger destination of choice: I've just concluded a third, annual visit, and, for the most part, I limit my own I. S. G. Perusals to this Medellin thread.).

By way of preface, I'm someone fortunate to still be in relatively good physical / mental shape for an octogenarian: (no daily medications; regular exercise—mountain hiking, singles tennis; still working a bit part-time). In respect to my sex life: On getting divorced about 15 plus years ago after a three-decade plus (and faithful on my part; perhaps on hers) marriage to a much younger woman, I soon came to the realization that, on the one hand, I couldn't get turned on by the prospect of sex with a woman of "appropriate age" (I. E. Someone likely to consider me as either mating or hook-up material) and, on the other hand, was unlikely to score with any hot, younger chick (given that I wasn't mega-rich and / or a gray-at-the-temples, Cary Grant look alike). On accepting this reality, I took up our monger hobby in my sixties, and, soon after discovering the rich resources of ISG and The Erotic Review, was happily off and humping.

So, to cut to the chase, the answers to three questions you might have if we met for drinks: at my age, "How often?" and "For how long at one go"? And does my advanced age pose a problem in finding hot chicas to share my bed, even if on a P4P basis?

First, the "How often?" query: When in countries where the price of P4 P is not a constraint (e. G. Africa or Latin America; I haven't been in the Far East since my youth), I'll usually have paid sex two to three times a week. I imagine that, if I wished, I could indulge more frequently. I say this with some confidence, since, when back in hometown USA (where I only spring for escorts once or twice a month), I will jerk-off to quality porn for several days in a row. And, on rare occasion (albeit, more just to see if I still can get it up and orgasm, rather than out of any strong urge to do so) will spank the monkey 2 or 3 times in one day, or late one night / early morning the next. As perhaps another confirmation that all the moving parts remain in good working order: more often than not, I still wake up sporting rock-hard, morning wood. That said, I feel more confident about being able to perform if I've had a day or two off between sessions, and am leery of hooking up two days in a row. And have long been a one pop / session guy.

Moving on to Question # 2: "How Long at One Go? Increasingly, I find that I have to be really turned on to be able to perform. I'm patient in screening chicas in advance, and, happily, over the years, have become quite adept at finding girls that meet my expectations in the sack. (More on this in my next post.).

I now almost always pop a blue pill (or the "weekender") in advance, but perhaps doing so is just a psychological crutch (much like the feather that Dumbo clutched in his trunk before taking flight), rather than a necessity for getting it on. Hard to say, since I haven't indulged in sex for some time now without first priming the pump with a generic Viagra or Cialis.

Assuming a hot-looking partner and good sensual chemistry, I have no problem getting a solid boner and spending somewhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half in the sack: foreplay (making out, FIP, BBBJ, DATY), banging away for say half that time, and most often finishing off with HJ or CIM. When asked my age up front, I usually just evade the question. However, once we've had a good romp in the sack, I'll fess up to my actual age if asked. At that point in a relationship, this candor about my age hasn't seemed to turn anyone off. Perhaps one reason I've avoided on-line (Facebook, SA, SB, Tinder) hookups (other than the time-consuming hassle and my preference for in-person, test drives), is the suspicion that listing my real age would discourage many (perhaps most any) responses, but, at the same time, my not wanting to lie about my age. Sunday afternoon I was supposed to be boarding a plane in Atlanta for Bogota, where I planned to rent a car Monday and arrive in Medellin Tuesday, after some sightseeing.

Tomorrow I get on the plane, get the rental car tomorrow night and get to Envigado Thursday. I'll be in Medellin for only 8 days. 10 girls waiting to see me.

I'm going to post this again as a warning a lot of people are getting drugged in Columbia including experienced hobbyists. I know of one who's been drugged three times and hurt a horror story from someone coming back on the same flight from me and Cartagena who was drugged by someone who he'd already seen for a couple of weeks. Be careful out there people are desperate and it's no joke to be drugged. Just remember the police will do nothing even if you know who the person is...

My advice to you at this point is just start using the FB messenger, you can send out Friend request but the fastest thing is to use the FB messenger and start each message with "I am in Medellin and I want to see you" then if they respond you can start negotiating time and price.

I am just going to assume that you guys all know that Testosterone is not steroids.

The real difference only comes down to dosage. If a person is taking straight up Dr proscribed dosage of testosterone then no it is not 'steroids' and its usually safe unless they have other medical issues like prostate issues but any responsible Dr giving testosterone is going to check for these.

If a person is taking 'supplemental' testosterone then they can have the same effects and negative side affects as steroids. Though some steroids are reworked synthetic testosterone some also come with growth hormones and other hormones that can cause some problems, all are based on testosterone. And too much testosterone that is a danger.

In my mis-spent youth years - 20's early3 Os I ran around and rode motorcycles with a crew of four bikers who were all ex WWF type wrestlers who had washed out do to 'behavior problems' (they started more fights off camera then they did on camera and of course the fights off camera were real), Anyway I met these guys when we were all in our late twenties. These guys were all using testosterone cypionate for bulking up because it was the cheapest of steroids. However, that's in the past. I'll be arriving at Energy Living tomorrow morning and intend to set up the apartment a wee bit with electronics and all the rest, but then I hope to hit the ground running. Despite some of the excellent advice I've received here regarding Facebook, I've done exactly zero in that regard (I intend to start today, but we'll see). I'll be at Energy for roughly seven weeks, so I hope / assume I'll make some regulars -- just got to get over my nervousness with Spanish (I'm actually not a total newbie in that regard anymore, but I'm finding the accent REALLY difficult here in Bogota -- the masks don't help). The other option was to fly to Medellin, take a bus back to Bogota, stopping at the places I want to see and paying a taxi to take me around. Unfortunately, some of the locations don't have any taxis in the area, so I would be paying for driver services much longer than necessary.

Since my ex-roommate's ex boyfriend used to make the Bogota to Medellin drive every other weekend and then drive around Medellin, often with her grandmother in-tow, I figure it's a nightmare I can handle. Especially since it's under 300 miles and I'm used to driving 600 miles per day.

What is all the fuss, so many pansy type scared of the dark ohhhh that's too much of the unknown, why not get a car in Bogota and drive to Medellin, you only live once so why not experience life the good and the bad and the problems the 'heck I am never going to try that again or this is what I would do different next time', get out and live and don't be afraid of the unknown, my god we are talking about an 8 hour drive from Bogota to Medellin a drive that I have done dozens of times in the past 6 years.

Heading to Medellin July 1-10 - first timer and having RTFF, I've got a bit of confidence in my prospects. Many thanks to all the contributors. Experience monger in the US. Mostly Seeking lately. Just wanted to provide some more clubs you can visit in Medellin, since you are a first timer. Prices are from a couple years ago and may have changed.

Faces Dos. Carrera 44 #30-15. ($190 k on site). - Should definitely visit here as it's the top club in my opinion.

Fantasia Energy. Carrera 74 #101. ($130-150 k). - You get a massage with happy ending with some girls offering full service. This place is very clean and nice.

Luna Lunera. Avenida 33 #63 be 215. ($150 k on site). - Just another club, only visit if you have nothing else going on.

New Life. Calle 56 #49-39. ($50-80 k). Popular casa in centro, cheap prices, a bit difficult to find. It had a blue door last time I visited. It's about 3 blocks west of the cathedral in the nearby Parque de Bolivar. Need to cross the big road.

Barra Ejectiva. Calle 53 48-20. ($80 k +- This place in near Parque de Bolivar, about 1 block south. Not a lot of girls but I've found some gems.

Maracaibo. Calle 53 #49-30. ($80 k +- Across the street from Barra Ejectiva and similar.

Be careful of the girls in Gusto. I've paid a lot of money for horrible service there. If they quote rates in USD that's a red flag. You should visit at least one, and there are pretty girls there, but just know you are likely to pay a premium price for sub par service. I consider this place a tourist trap.

I am not pointing fingers at any specific user but estimates range somewhere around 80-90% of the medical info on blogs and boards like this (not designed and staffed my medical professionals) is wrong.

Beyond someone telling you to "go here to get this" I would be careful about following any sort of medical advice you read here or anywhere on the Internet when that advice is not being given by a licensed medical professional. Telemedicine options staffed by doctors and nurses are everywhere these days and some online providers specialize in men's health and sexuality. They should be able to provide you with some accurate options. I tried to sit on my hands with this one but in good conscience, couldn't do it. Ostee Out.
