Anyone who's a native londoner (like I am) knows to stay away from Central London. It's a rip off for tourists. Stick with the massage parlours and saunas. Apart from the fact that you shouldn't get ripped off you can also see a review of the girl (from another punter) before you part with your cash. These reviews are normally posted on websites but you can also buy a book like Macoys Guide. Also some places have websites that show the girls, give directions etc.

The point is this. If you find yourself anywhere (and I mean anywhere) in Central London then you are asking for trouble. Apart from the no thrills and tacky walkups there's nothing in the city but trouble. My advice is to get your travelcard and don't stop until you are in Zone 4 or further. Not only do prices go down the further you go but you will also find some cheap strip joints and the street girls are better.

I noticed a few rip off places near the Windmill strip club. By the way the WindMill is a licensed strip bar, however its for the upper class people and hosts lots of beautiful girls there.
