I have been regular to my sp, like once 2-3 weeks. We strictly use condom. BJ without Condom. All my Sp's girls are mostly house wife who provide service like monthly once or at least that's what he says. I don't have any symptoms or anything, just want to make sure I'm clean. What test should do in a hospital to know whether I don't have any Infection / HIV. Can we walk into hospitals like Apollo and do these test? What test should I ask for? Please help. I come here with a curious problem and a heavy heart. I am having trouble in penetrative sex. My problems starts when I am wearing rubber. Doesn't matter on the brand or type of rubber (tried them all mostly), I start to go limp during penetration. Some observations of mine.

I have no problem in oral activity. With or without rubber it is perfect. No issues during foreplay either. Have tried no fap challenge for 3 , 4 or 5 days and have seen that penetration marginally improves on abstaining myself. Don't know what will happen during bareback as it's not an option. This has resulted into situations where my mind wants to have sex but my body responds otherwise. Doctors or learned seniors of this forum, kindly suggest me some measures and how to identify the root of the problem (mental or physical)?.

I think this is mostly a mental issue. Be relaxed. Avoid anxiety. If no improvement meet an andrologist. You can search online for one. He will usually do some tests to see if this is a physical issue.

Taking some dietary supplements (like some vitamin / mineral tablets) or medicines like slidenafil could improve the situation too.

It's a mental and physical issue. Go nofap hardmode like min 60 days. I had this issue better abstain from porn, fapping, and death grip.

The sore throat is not really a symptom. HIV will take a while to show up in your blood, be sure to make an appointment in a few months to check. Get an STD check. That's the one thing that you've been exposed to, more than HIV.

Was recommended by a Doc. Friend, I just need to know if the sperm quality would reduce by using Sildenafil.. We have been trying for baby. No. As far as I know, Sildenafil has nothing to do with sperm quality. Also, if you are unwilling / not attracted to your partner Sildenafil might not help you get an erection.

Suhagra works good for short time (3-4 hrs). Tadasure is good for overnight.

For experimentation, don't take more than the minimum dose. 25 MG for suhagra. 5 MG for Tadasure. More than that could be risky.

You can get it from online stores. They'll schedule a free call with a doctor. Just tell the doctor you have ED.

Most common side effect is a headache. Have a paracetamol tablet if you get a headache. Be cautious of any other side effects too, even if its rare.
