In other words, your subscription will automatically expire at the end of your subscription period unless you specifically send us the Bitcoins to renew your subscription. How will I know that my subscription is about to expire? You may use the User CP to view the current status of your subscription at any time. In addition, the Forum software will send you an email prior to the expiration date of your subscription. What if I want to cancel my subscription? There is no function for canceling a subscription. However, subscriptions must be renewed, so all you need to do is simply elect not renew your subscription at the end of your current subscription period. Can my identity be traced through my subscription? No. There is no connection between your payment to and your ISG Forum Username. In addition, the ISG Forum's server is located in Malaysia, safely outside the reach of the USA legal system. If I purchase a subscription, will I lose my current membership status? Purchasing a membership subscription will not change your Regular or Senior Member status. However, it will give you access to the additional features of having a subscription such as access to the photos, the Private Messaging system, the Photo Gallery viewer, and the Stealth Mode view. If I purchase a subscription can I send Private Messages to other Forum Members? YES. You can send Private Messages to other subscribers and to Senior Members. NO. You cannot send Private Messages to unsubscribed members. Solving Subscription Problems I just purchased a subscription and I can't view the photographs? If you recently purchased a Subscription and you are unable to view the photographs, then you probably are still a Viewing Member, and you need to upgrade to Regular Member. Upgrading to Regular Member is FREE, fast, easy, and automatic. To upgrade to Regular Member: • Go to the Forum at http://www.internationalsexguide.nl • Log into the Forum using your username and password. • In the top menu bar, select the "User CP" link. • In the left side menu, select the "Immediate Upgrade to Regular Member" link. • Follow the instructions to upgrade your membership. Your Regular Member upgrade will be effective immediately upon completing the upgrade procedure. The Forum will also send you an email with your Membership Profile information for your records. Upon upgrading your membership to Regular Member, you will be able to: • Post reports. • Participate in Forum surveys. • Upload Photographs. As a Regular Member with a Subscription, you will also be able to: • View the photographs. • Use the Photo Gallery Viewer. • Use the Private Message system to contact other Forum Members. • View the Forum in Banner-Free Stealth Mode. If you upgrade to Regular Member and you still cannot view the photographs, then please use the Contact Us form to send me a message, and I will endeavor to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. How do I activate the Subscription features? The features that are available only to Subscribers are: • View the Forum's photographs. • Use the Photo Gallery Viewer. • Use the Private Message system. • View the Forum in the Banner-Free Stealth Mode. There is no special code you need to enter to activate the Subscription features. The Subscription features are automatically activated when we activate your Subscription. To use the Subscription Features: • Login to the Forum using your Username and Password. • The link to the Photo Gallery Viewer will be visible in the top menu bar. • The Private Message system will be activated. • The option to select the Banner-Free Stealth Mode will be visible in the lower left corner of the Forum. |
